While I have over the years processed many contributions to PARSE Journal issues that followed its biannual conference, I have sadly never been able to attend one, apart from the celebratory tenth anniversary one in 2023. However, for this year’s iteration I have been involved in the process, and I will also be able to attend Some Like it Hot in November. It’s been fascination to read the range of proposed contributions and to discuss the potential strands with the rest of the conference team and suggest a keynote speaker whose practice fits the theme perfectly. More to follow in due course, but in the meantime, below the outline.
